H1 Pro has two seat height options, the standard one is best adapted for 5’1” - 5’9”, and the extra-high is best adapted for 5’7” - 6’9”, if you're 5’1”+ tall, and up to 300 lbs, we're 100% sure it will fit you.

You can only adjust the recline tension when the chair is in the upright position.

Rotate the handle to make the tension stronger or lighter:

* unscrew to make it lighter
